In a groundbreaking collaboration, the move-and-earn lifestyle app, STEPN, has teamed up with global sportswear giant Adidas to introduce the limited-edition STEPN x Adidas Genesis Sneakers NFT collection. This strategic partnership signals the start of a long-term relationship between the two industry leaders, promising a series of NFT drops and physical wearable items in the near future.

The Solana-based generative NFT collection comprises 1,000 unique items, each drawing inspiration from Adidas’s most iconic running silhouettes. This collection not only brings together two influential brands but also demonstrates STEPN’s dedication to advancing the move-to-earn sector. By integrating physical activity with digital rewards, STEPN aims to enrich lives and make cutting-edge technology accessible to people of all ages.

With a user base exceeding 5 million globally, STEPN attributes its success to its community-centric approach. The app recently distributed $30 million worth of tokens in an airdrop to its users and has formed partnerships across various industries, such as music, sports, and animation. The collaboration with Adidas further solidifies STEPN’s position in the burgeoning “FitTech” space.

Shiti Manghani, CEO of STEPN by FSL, underscores the transformative nature of the collaboration with Adidas. The limited-edition NFTs will be priced at 10,000 GMT each and exclusively available through STEPN’s sister NFT marketplace, MOOAR. To ensure equitable distribution among the community, a two-phase raffle system will be implemented. The initial phase reserves 200 NFTs for the most dedicated users, including holders of ‘ALTS by Adidas’ NFTs and selected members of the FSL community. The remaining 790 NFTs will be distributed through a public raffle from April 18 to April 21, with winners being selected daily.
