As the Illuvium universe gears up for its much-anticipated debut, the blockchain gaming series has revealed its Beta 4 testing roadmap. The Private Beta 4 is scheduled to kick off on April 30th, 2024, marking the beginning of an exciting phase for the game’s development. The upcoming testing phase aims to involve a select group of under 10,000 players, known as the “lucky rangers,” who will have the opportunity to explore the game’s complete loop on the Testnet. These players will be chosen from Illuvium’s active community and through strategic marketing initiatives.

During Private Beta 4, participants will delve into key features such as passport integration, asset minting, Illuvidex trading, fuel purchasing, and travel mechanics. The feedback gathered from these testers will be invaluable in identifying and resolving any significant issues that may arise, ensuring a smooth and polished transition to the Open Beta Testnet phase. As a gesture of appreciation, Illuvium will reward participants with the first Airdrop points, reinforcing the importance of player engagement in shaping the game’s evolution.

Pre-Registration Campaign

Players eager to join the private Testnet and earn Airdrop points are encouraged to pre-register on April 15th, 2024. This exclusive opportunity grants early access to the game before the Open Testnet Phase commences, providing a sneak peek into the Illuvium universe. Following the conclusion of Private Beta 4, the Open Beta Testnet phase is set to begin on May 28th, 2024, inviting all players via the Epic Games launcher for a testing period of 2-4 weeks.

The Open Beta Testnet phase is crucial for making final adjustments before the public launch, with participants also being eligible for Airdrop Points. A portion of the Play-2-Airdrop $ILV pool is allocated for these Testnet phases, with the initial Airdrop payout marking the end of this period. The transition to the Open Beta Mainnet will involve rigorous stress testing and system evaluations, as Illuvium aims to enhance all four games post-launch and introduce new features to enhance the player experience.

Earning Airdrop points is a straightforward process, with players accumulating points by actively participating in the game across all three titles. The more players engage with the games, the more points they will gather, leading to a share in the $ILV bounty over a span of six months. An upcoming dashboard will enable participants to easily track their accumulated points, streamlining the process as the Open Beta approaches.

With a recent $12 million Series A funding, Illuvium Labs is poised to bring the interconnected Illuvium Arena, Illuvium Overworld, and Illuvium Zero games to life. Constructed on the Ethereum ecosystem and leveraging the Immutable X network, these games promise to usher in a new era of interoperable blockchain gaming, offering players a unique and immersive gaming experience.
